Frequently asked questions
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, email Harris from our support team at harris@trykinesa.com and he will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do I need a prescription or referral to see a Kinesa specialist?
Because we don't take insurance, there is no need for our clients to get a referral or have a prescription to see a Kinesa specialist.
Why doesn't Kinesa take insurance?
Insurance companies can be difficult to work with and often involve copays or out of pocket payments that are higher than what Kinesa charges in cash. We decided to cut insurance companies out altogether to speed up the process of connecting you with a Kinesa specialist and providing you a transparent price.
Who from the Kinesa team will I be working with?
The Kinesa team is comprised of board certified physical therapists and athletic trainers who specialize in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Most of our team has 10+ years of experience working with patients helping them get back to the sports they love.
Can I see the same specialist every session?
Our goal is to have you work with the same Kinesa specialist for each session. While some exceptions may apply, we understand that working with the same specialist greatly improves the client experience.
Where do the appointments take place?
We offer multiple options at different price points to meet the needs of our clients. Clients can choose at-home, in-clinic, or virtual appointments.
Where are Kinesa team members and clinics located?
Kinesa has team members and clinics in all 50 states. Please schedule a free consultation to see if an at-home or in-clinic session is right for you.
How can I get started?
Please schedule a free, 15 minute consultation with our team! We will learn more about your specific needs so that we can recommend the right Kinesa treatment path going forward.
